How it all started

In 1988 my father Willie "Junior" Roberts had a vision to form a business that treated its customers like family. He started Pro-Tech Exterminating in 1989 with nothing more than a  hope and a dream. He worked day and night to ensure our success. We served under that name until 2009 when I joined the business full time. Thats when Absolute Termite & Pest Control was established to restructure. We continued building his dream over the next 6 years. In 2015 my father passed away, leaving me to carry on what he had envisioned. After much debate, I decided to change the name once again. Allied Pest Management was formed as an effort to rebrand the business and continue to carry out my fathers dreams. We continue to hold the same core values that my father did.

My Story

As a little boy growing up with a dad that worked all the time, I learned that if I went to work with him I could spend more time with him. He had me crawling under houses around the age of 9. By the time I was 15, I was performing termite treatments and running a construction crew while my dad was out ensuring other customers were taken care of. Growing up in a self employed, I understood very early that in order to succeed, we had to work. I continued to work with my dad throughout high school and until my early 20's until venturing into plumbing. After 5-6 years of plumbing I found myself right back working with my dad.  He instilled the core values that a business owner should have. "A handshake is worth more than any contract" and "My name is worth more than any dollar" are just a few things my dad taught me. In 2002 I decided I wanted to give back to my community and decided to join my local volunteer fire department. I've now been a member of Camp Creek Volunteer Fire Department for nearly 20 years and currently serve as the Chief. In 2012 I joined Lancaster County Fire Rescue as a career firefighter, which I still manage to do with my busy schedule. I've been married to my wife Jennifer for 15 years and have been blessed with 2 great children (Jaylan & Trevan).
